Hey there! I’m Tricia, a registered dietitian/nutritionist helping women redefine, reconnect, and reclaim their health.
I assist women struggling with health issues, feeling disconnected from their bodies, and dealing with limiting beliefs as they approach perimenopause and menopause. I help them build lifelong habits to improve their well-being.
Despite being a dietitian for nearly 20 years, I faced health challenges after my son's birth and a hip injury. I experienced IVF, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause within a decade.
I maintained healthy habits but struggled with weight gain, elevated glucose, stress, and feeling like a stranger in my own body. Baking for my son's allergies led to emotional eating, which worsened these issues.
My turning point was deciding to have my second hip surgery after years of hesitation. I realized that without this change, I would stay stuck. The surgery and recovery forced me to confront my emotions and led to a new, healthier version of myself.
Today, I embrace action and failure as I work on my own journey of health, wellness, and self-care. My goal is to support you on your path to rediscovery.

about

Me

After a multitude of life changes, two hip surgeries, and the start of menopause, I was again able to re-prioritize and reclaim my own health.
What did the journey back towards health teach me?

  • We get stuck on the physical weight - but it’s often the mental weight that holds us back.

  • You are in charge of how you think about yourself - no matter what your body looks like.

  • Health is INDIVIDUALIZED and NOT a one size fits all solution.

The health journey is messy, uncomfortable, and imperfect but small changes with consistent action add up to big changes over time.
  • Struggle with putting yourself -and your health- first
  • Want to feel like you have have balance in your life
  • Desire sustainable health changes instead of diets that don’t work
  • Have some old limiting beliefs about your worthiness around your weight
